Liticaphobia: Fearsome phobias from A to Z

This phobia doesn’t suit everybody, but it fits some folks to a T and often with just cause. Anyone who has heard the gavel fall a few too many times might justifiably have liticaphobia. Judge for yourself.

Liticaphobia is the fear of lawsuits.

Sure, wronged parties may be entitled to their day/s in court. But, in our litigious society, plenty of not-so-wronged folks may be filing cases (or paying attorneys to do so) for frivolous, trivial, malevolent, of fully unfounded reasons or simply because it suits their fancy. Is it any surprise certain individuals are liticaphobic?
