New Year's Eve

-->
Happy New Year!

Are you watching the clock at this timely moment of the year? Are you resolutely making New Year’s Resolutions for 2009? Planning a party to watch the ball drop in New York’s Times Square?

How will you spend the final moments of 2008 . . . and the first moments of 2009? What are you doing New Year’s Eve?

  1. Nobody sings a holiday song as good as Johnny Mathis.

    I'm not a party type person. I'll be spending a quiet night at home with my husband waiting to watch the ball drop.

  3. I made a New Year's resolution many years ago which I've stuck to - to never again make New Year's resolutions :-)

  6. I might sleep through the end of the year, much the same way as I fall asleep right at the end of a movie. :) Love the songs you selected...

  7. I suspect I'll have been asleep for an hour or two, but might awaken briefly if the neighbors make enough noise (as they often do). I enjoyed listening to Johnny Mathis ... thanks for sharing. I 'played' at Small Reflections, but you might enjoy my New Year's Eve post at Sacred Ruminations ;--)
