Christmas carol favorites tend to stick with us, year after
year. Every December, though, a new song works its way into our hearts. Here’s
one I've been growing to love.
“Joseph’s Lullaby” appeared on Mercy Me’s 2005
holiday album, titled “The Christmas Sessions.”

These lines echo to me often:
Can
You feel the weight of Your glory?
Do You understand the price?
Or does the Father guard Your heart for now
So You can sleep tonight?
Do You understand the price?
Or does the Father guard Your heart for now
So You can sleep tonight?
What a wonder … that a Child born in a dirty barn could
purify my heart. Welcome, Lord.
