The Christmas Song - Merry Christmas Carol Countdown

Ah, December has begun, heralding the Christmas season in earnest. And what Yuletide is complete without the classic “Christmas Song,” made popular by Nat King Cole in the mid-1950s.

Many artists have covered this number in the past six decades, but can anyone even come close to the rich and soothing tones of Nat King Cole?

Sit back, and bask in the beauty of this sweet number.

Can’t you just see and smell those chestnuts roasting on that open fire? Is Jack Frost nipping at your nose yet?

OK, Santa.

Now I’m ready to take on all that baking, decorating, party-hopping, shopping, wrapping, and other Christmas activities.
