Practically at Home Salutes Blog for Peace

(Posted in response to BlogBlast For Peace: A Revolution of Words ~ June 4, 2008)

Today, the Lord’s own words (which He spoke to His twelve apostles) seem fitting:

“Peace I leave with you;
My peace I give you.
I do not give to you as the world gives.
Do not let your hearts be troubled,
and do not be afraid.”
(John 14:27, NIV)

“Dona Nobis Pacem” is Latin for “Grant Us Peace.”

May this be our prayer on June 4th and always.
