Jealousy and Jousting

Jealousy and Jousting
(posted for the A to Z Challenge)

J is for Jealousy and Jousting.

Did you know that April 10th is National Siblings Day in the U.S.? Could there be a better time to talk about sibling rivalry?

Does anybody practice jousting more than brothers and sisters? Have you spotted sibling rivalry in your own family?

Who remembers Else Holmelund Minark’s picture book titled “No Fighting, No Biting” (with illustrations by the fabulous Maurice Sendak)?

Does sibling rivalry is breeding jeers and tears in your household?

  1. Hee hee, good post! My siblings are all much older than me so there wasn't a lot of rivalry. Most of the time they were old enough to know better than to cause trouble! *lol*

  2. I still see a certain amount of jealousy among my siblings, and we're in our 50s and 60s!

Good article choices from some great writers.
